The Züblin Development GmbH is currently constructing a building containing 5,700 m² of floor space with attached underground parking on about 4,500 m² of property in the immediate vicinity of the Maritim Hotel. The building has already been leased out– the tenant is the Radprax x-ray and high-tech medical institute, which has signed a long-term lease for about 2,200 m² of the space. The premium diagnostic institute for heart, stroke and cancer testing already runs state-of-the-art diagnostic centres in Wuppertal and Solingen and will also provide testing in Düsseldorf at the end of 2007 with the most modern diagnosis equipment.

The property developer was also able to attract CHS-Holding GmbH as another tenant. The tenant will occupy about 2,480 m² of office space on the first and second floors of the building upon completion of construction at the end of 2007. The company is responsible for, among other things, the administration and planning of the Air Berlin cabin crews.
