Attractive Business Park directly located next to the Terminal Buildung

As a first project a basement carpark with 1,850 parking spaces have been realised. The garage is in use since September 2005.The Maritim Kongresshotel with direct access to the terminal will be opened by the end of 2007 as a key project. The conference centre, which belongs to the hotel, has capacity for up to 2,500 participants as well as 500 rooms of the first rate.

As another investor the VDI-group decided to build their headquarter for round about 500 employees at the Airport City. Already by the end of 2007 a building of approximately 14,000 m2  is planned to be realised. 

Apart from that the Züblin Development GmbH is constructing a building with approximately 5,700 m2 floor space and appendant basement carpark on a 4,500 m2 property. Completion is planned for end of 2007.

Fascination Porsche meets fascination airport. The Gottfried Schultz GmbH & Co KG acquired a property in order to construct a new Porsche centre. Construction of the building will start in the second half of the year. Completion is planned for middle of next year.

Soon the company CFI „Conzept für Immobilien GmbH“ will start with construction of an administrative building of 5,000 m2 and a basement carpark at Airport City. Completion is planned to be finished by beginning of 2008.
